How
does the  work?
First
step: measure the size of the diameter
of the penis with measuring device (Sunameter™)
to ensure the right size is being
used.
Administer / Apply local anesthesia at the base / root
of the penis sufficiently. Combination of Xylocaine
2% ( 2mg/dl and Bupivacaine 5% (5mg/dl ) for ring block
and penile root anesthesia help to enhance the anesthetic
effect.
Clean the penile glans thoroughly with disinfectant
and free all adhesions.
Mark the amount of prepuce you want to remove with sterile
marker.
Insert the tube by introducing it proximal end into
the prepuce over the glans up to the level of glans
corona, You may lubricate the inner tube surface with
2% Xylocaine Gel to facilitate smooth tube insertion.
Adjust to the level as required. Make sure the urinae
meatus is visible and centrally located.
Apply the cuff locking mechanism over the proximal tube
around the groove end of the ring, where the marked
prepuce needs to be cut.
Press the two end of the cuff closer together until
the distal end clicks and lock satisfactorily.
Make sure the ring circumference is perfectly formed.
Cut the required amount of prepuce / foreskin with scalpel
or scissor
Break 4/5 of the distal end at the breakable / separable
point circumference by applying a light twist force.
Leave 1/5 of the ring which clamping the cut prepuce
with the locking cuff mechanism fully secured.
Leave the attach
on the penis until the circumcise wound fully heals.
The cuff locking and the ring will drop by itself once
satisfactory healing is achieved. You may remove the
clamp by cutting it at the locking area with suitable
cutter.
A small ring of necrotic tissue will remain, and disappear
by itself in a few days.
For adult circumcision only: If necessary the cuff /
clamping mechanism can be removed after eight ( 8 )

under local anesthesia.
