We ship to both US/UK/Europe and International
(we reserved the right to ship to any country, please email us
at sales@sunathrone.com
for confirmation).
Shipping & Handling Charges
- Product will be shipped from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia via International Registered Mail, unless requested otherwise.
- Orders will be shipped out within 2-3 business days upon payment cleared.
- All orders are securely packaged in sealed plastic bag with a protective bubble wrap for international travel.
- Upon the order is shipped, you will be e-mailed with the package tracking reference no.
- If you require the product urgently, delivery via courier
service (FedEx,
UPS
or DHL)
is now available. You may choose this delivery option
at the 'Order Review' page.
- We only use Registered/insured Shipping as in this way, we can ensure that your package will arrive to you safely. Signature will be required on receiving the packet.
- For security reason we can ONLY ship order to a street address (No P.O Box delivery is allowed).
- Shipping is at flat rate and calculated according to the total ordered amount:

Delivery Time
We generally take 1 to 3 business days to process order and we usually
try our best to ship out by the next business days. Occasionally certain
items are temporary out of stock and are expected to restock within
a few days, we might hold the order for a few days.
Please note that Shipping time does not include processing time and
we mail out the orders from Monday to Friday only.
For orders shipped via International Registered Mail, delivery time
may take from 7 to 14** working days, however, as the mail often
takes a little longer than from major cities, so please be patient with
international shipping. Delivery times can NOT
be guaranteed by us or the postal service and remember there will usually
be extra delays around holiday periods.
For orders shipped via courier service (FedEx,
UPS
or DHL),
delivery time may take from 3 to 7** working days.
**Sometime further delay may be caused by
custom clearance at the destination country
Customs Declaration
For order that is subject to government export/import restrictions, we will not be liable for the clearance of custom. Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes (if incurred).
Returns & Exchange
Because of the nature of the product and health & safety reasons,
we are NOT accept any
return or exchange of the products.
Out of stock items
We tries our best to keep our stock information as accurate as possible. In case if you have ordered items that are out of stock and they are exacted to be back within a few days, we will hold your order for a few days. You will have the option to cancel these items & credit your account. If the "out of stock" items is not expected to be back within a few days, we will ship the partial order to you first and send the remaining items to you as soon as they are available.
Not receiving your order
In some rare occasion, order do not arrived within a reasonable time. This could be due to customs inspection or simply delivery delays. Customs inspection is random and is usually temporary, please allow at least one week as a grace period. Sometimes due to delivery problem, your package may be kept at the post office due to delivery problems (such as incomplete address etc).Please try to enquire your local post office or customs about you mail.
If no one is able to sign and receive the package during delivery, a notification will be left at your mailbox. Then you have to pick up the package by yourself at your post office. Please ensure that to pickup your packet since usually post office keep mail for 2 weeks.
Lost package
After the package has been identify as lost (registered air mail need
around 2 months), we will refund your payment.
